Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation of an event, the Customer agrees to pay the following compensation to Taste Studio:

– More than 72 hours before event – 80% credit note will be issued

– 71 – 48 hours before event – 70% credit note will be issued

– 47 – 24 hours before event – 50% credit note will be issued

– Less than 24 hours before the event, no credit note, or refund will be issued

Change of Date of Event Policy: In case of change of date of the confirmed event by the Customer, subject to availability, the customer agrees to pay the following compensation to Taste Studio:

– More than 72 hours before event – 100% credit note will be issued

– 71 – 24 hours before event – 90% credit note will be issued

– Less than 24 hours before the event – At the sole discretion of Taste Studio Management

Refunds will exclusively be processed via the initial payment method.
